These terms apply to every purchase on this website. Please read them before you order.

1. Who sells to you

The seller is Gypsy Amazon Co., Ltd., 26/2 Moo 4, Bo Phut, Koh Samui, Surat Thani 84320, Thailand ("we", "us"). Contact: tatiana@gypsyamazon.com. Full details: Legal Notice.

2. How a purchase is made

The pieces on our website are an invitation to order, not a binding offer. You can check and correct everything in your bag and at checkout before you pay. When you complete checkout you place a binding order, and the purchase contract between you and us is made when your payment is confirmed.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency for your country. Shipping costs, and for orders to the European Union up to 150 euros the EU VAT and import duty, are shown at checkout before you pay. For other orders, import taxes and duties may be charged by your country on delivery, as explained in our Shipping Policy.

Payment is processed by Stripe with the payment methods shown at checkout.

4. Delivery

Where we ship from, delivery times, tracking and costs are explained in our Shipping Policy.

5. Changing your mind

You can withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving it (60 days for swimwear). How this works, and our withdrawal form, are in our Returns & Refunds policy. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have at least the 14-day withdrawal right the law gives you.

6. If something is wrong with a piece

You have the legal rights for faulty goods that apply where you live. In the European Union these include a legal guarantee of at least two years. What we do on top of that is in our Returns & Refunds policy.

7. About our pieces

Our pieces are made in small batches, and colours can look slightly different on different screens. Sizing help is in The Fitting Room.

8. Liability

We are liable without limit for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and wherever the law does not allow liability to be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in these terms.

9. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law of the country where the seller is registered (see section 1). If you are a consumer, this does not take away the protection given to you by the mandatory law of the country where you live.
